End-to-End Flow (NOMA Sync — Audit Only)

When someone unsubscribes from a Mailchimp list, NOMA Sync logs the event for audit. It does not update LGL. Subscription status in LGL is updated by LGL’s built-in Mailchimp integration (nightly sync).

What to Check

• In NOMA Sync (Dashboard → Syncs): Filter by source Mailchimp to confirm webhook events were received and logged. Failed rows show webhook or verification errors.
• In LGL: Subscription status (e.g. unsubscribed) appears after LGL’s nightly Mailchimp sync. Ensure LGL’s Mailchimp integration is enabled and running; see LGL’s Mailchimp integration help.

List Mapping (Audit Context)

List mapping in Dashboard → Mailchimp Settings can associate Mailchimp lists with internal sources; the webhook handler may use this for audit metadata (e.g. which list the event came from). It does not trigger LGL updates from NOMA Sync.
